It's quite comfortable - it's made from PU material which isn't as cold to sit on as say faux leather. As for the chair. Thanks

The opposite setting simply slightly reduced back support and moves the headrest further away. After spending two full days using the chair at work, I can confirm it is very comfy to use and the ability to recline is a pleasure.

The first things you fit are the castors …. The overall quality seemed perfectly reasonable for the price point, bearing in mind this is not real leather. I put the chair together very easily, literally took 20 minutes on my own. High quality chair.

Do NOT try to assemble this chair single handed on a smooth surface. Be sure to look and think carefully about the non-verbal assembly instructions. I was hesitant at buying an office chair, as I believe it's important to find one that suits your specific seating position, which can be difficult in a market full of generic chairs. Other reviews have stated the holes didn't line up correctly for screwing, however I never experienced this problem.

(Remember my caveats in the opening paragraph! Really easy to assemble. Bought this chair in 2017 and it's been very comfortable and would continue to use it, however, the leather has begun to peal off. There is a good back support and it is higher than my old chair but my head still clears the top of the back.

My old office chair was constantly sliding down whenever I sat on it and was generally very uncomfortable. everything is very robust. Also - do NOT unpack all the screws until you need them. you can guess the rest.

After all who doesn't want to be reasonably comfy when sitting in an office chair for eight hours a day, like me! That was to be expected though. The chair was easily assembled as I had watched the video and followed that. Full marks for that.
