N. I was really hoping to notice a difference in sneeze/giggle incontinence and also in sexual enjoyment, and so far I have not been disappointed. I have definitely noticed that I am not having as many little “accidents”, and have noticed that I feel much more sensitive down there sexually. The device is completely pain free and delivers different levels of heat according to the chosen setting.

It comes with gel and a cover for the end of the device all nicely packaged in a discreet purple case. So far, my partner has not yet noticed too much of a difference but then I have only been using the product for a few weeks. I have been using this for almost a month now, and although it's early days it seems to be working, I can notice a difference.

It's a little daunting at first because you don't want to get it wrong but the instructions are thorough, reassuring, and easy to follow. It's quite comfortable to use, but a little warm on the highest setting. At the time of posting this it doesn't come with the intimate wipes that you need for cleaning the electrodes, which would be a nice touch. ) since buying this and I do recommend it for women who are having these issues.

All in all a huge success so far! I purchased this product as I have previously given birth twice (both vaginal deliveries) and things in general down there are not as they once were. I am feeling more confident about my 'downstairs' (! I have found that it holds enough charge for roughly 3 uses in the highest setting.
The device is extremely quiet (almost silent) and so is discreet enough to use whilst others are in the house with you or at night whilst all is quiet. I have great expectations for the results still yet to come based upon the differences that I have noticed myself so far and in such a short period of time.
