But I liked the tablets being small and not having to take several to reach my optimal dosage. K2 is highly important when it comes to bone health, and transporting calcium in the body to the correct places (bones) by taking calcium out of the soft tissues where it shouldn’t be.

The dosage and form of this supplement is great. This form is said to be the best form as it is totally natural instead of being a synthetic form like some supplements offer.

Nu U Nutrition continue to provide superb suppliments, easy to swallow tablets high strength and incredible value for money for a years supply, Vitamin K2 helps to prevent the calcification of the arteries, this contributes to normal blood clotting and the maintenance of normal bones. I personally take this with a 4000iu dosage of Vitamin D3, since the 200μg of K2 in this supplement is supposedly a balanced ratio to take. It provides a path for Calcium is deposited in bones and teeth but not in the linings of arteries. Importantly the form of K2 is MK7.

So I haven't felt the effect of the product yet. I am still at the beginning of the treatment. Thanks for reading. free from dairy & wheat, Vegan and Vegetarian friendly with the additon of being gluten & GMO Free, this is a fantastic product that i would highly recommend to anyone who is remotely concerned with their health.

Summer days

I take Vitamin D3 daily, so combining this with a Vitamin K2 supplement is highly recommended in case you increase your calcium levels too high when taking D3 or calcium alone. It’s nice to have a separate once-a-day K2 supplement like this which is a good quality form and amount, as opposed to what you get in a larger supplement with multiple nutrients which are usually lower in quality. The tablets are also really small and easy to swallow.
