Much better than typical hand held massagers. He works as a mail carrier which is really taxing on him physically and this massage gun does wonders for cramps and muscle stiffness. (Just don’t lose the charger because replacements don’t work.

Easy to use, holds charge well, limited vibration into the hand grip of the tool. That one is very good. Three vibration frequencies, use the lower frequencies for greater depth of penetration into the muscle; higher frequencies depth of penetration is limited.
