I won't do a full review of the game here as there is so much I can go on and say, but if you love fantasy or anime characters and love turn based strategy games then I challenge you to find a better game. I can't see any pixelation (this usually occurs when the screen image gets enlarged/stretched because 3DS games are made to resolution of the smaller version of the handheld - thankfully this isn't an issue on any games I've played). Fire Emblem has certainly taken a step in the right direction for their latest game with the addition of a customisable 'avatar' (your own character who acts as the party's strategist).

This isn't made clear at the top of the amazon listing, and is only mentioned right at the bottom of the page after all the specs, and everything have been listed (something which if you just click buy now your likely to stop scrolling before you get to), it is also mentioned in the image of the product in the bright yellow box, but you can only make out what it says if you mouse over the image and see the bigger image (Amazon should really make this warning big enough to read in the small preview image), but if your buying a 3DS XL most of the time you won't bother mousing over the image to see the larger image because you know what a 3DS XL looks like! Zelda edition has a gold front and middle and a black back with a triforce on the front and back. That being said I still love the colour, even if it's the same as the standard blue.

I used to believe it was a cheap way for Nintendo to churn out a 'new' handheld without actually improving it but I have to eat my words: The XL makes a -huge- difference. There's a lot in it which isn't in Wild World and I'm so glad I've got it. -XL doesn't have a 2nd analogue stick built in: some games support an 'add-on' analogue stick.

This handheld is a must for any Fire Emblem fan. I'd been thinking for some time about getting an XL and when I found out about this ACNL bundle I had to get it.

As mayor you're ably assisted by Isabelle, a very cute little dog :-) The usual things are in the game - catching bugs, fish, etc which are nice and relaxing and selling them is a good way of earning Bells (the AC currency). The cutscenes are glorious however and the chracter portraits are beautiful.

There is only one bad things about it which is why I didn't give it a full 5 stars. This island is run by Tortimer, the old Animal Crossing mayor - he's retired there!
There is also a tropical island where you can play mini games, either on your own or with other people. I love the water - it's so detailed. It was bought as a Christmas present for her along with Animal Crossing and she hasn't stopped playing on it since. The fact Nintendo didn't build this into this version of the handheld is rediculous.
