Also the book quality is great and the pictures are so high quality and beautiful! I have learnt a lot from it, and can tell that there is much more I'll be making from here.

Definitely a book worth keeping! Can’t wait to bake something from this book during the weekend! I have all of Rav's books now and they are great.
What I like a lot about it is the variety- it has some classics and lots of new things that look amazing and worth giving a go. So far I have made two (as pictured) which are the toffee apple self-saucing pudding, which everyone loved (I have been requested to give the recipe and make it again) and the Indian semolina shortbread (nankhatai)- very moreish and went well with a cup of masala chai.
It’s simple yet has many technical tips! I pre-ordered this book a while ago as I was excited to see what recipes she included in the book and let me tell you it did not disappoint once again !
