I've included a pic of the nail I removed and rebuilt last night with a foil form. I have nine other nail extensions to remove to have a whole new set! The media could not be loaded. I used what is sometimes called a "duplicate" polygel kit for the set of nails I'm wearing now.

Lasts really long! I happened to watch a YouTube video of a technician using an e-file, and her bits had a flat, smooth end. I dreaded doing it, because with my other drill bits, that can take forever!

And it spun right off! I've since moved on to the foil, stick-on forms, like those used by technicians to build acrylic nails, but I still have that "kit" set of botched nails to remove.
