I highly recommend this though over any toning belt. I use for 30 mins twice a day.

Having adjusting my lifestyle and eating healthier, I wanted to use an ab belt to assist with stomach toning. Anyhow if you need some gel you can get My Skin Matters from Sainsburys for £2 for 250 which is loads. So that's why I rated 5* I know I shouldn't but I do like it.

the next day you will ache. It does not show battery life but I have used this three times a day since Monday (it's now Friday) and it's still going. Much more powerful than I thought it would be, hilarious watching the man looking like He's being electrocuted lol 😂 max we can go to is 50 at the min and it's bloody effective and can defo feel it the morning after. Overall I rate this product a dope 5 stars!

I love this machine. Easy to wear and use. The box contains the belt, batteries and gel for the pads which works fine and wipes off after use. I have previously used slender tone belts, two of which have stopped working now for whatever reason but they lasted a while without any issue.

this will do NOTHING for you if you don't have a controlled diet or exercise. I can’t wait to see what would happen in 4 weeks! I've used a couple and this bad boy is INTENSE. as water stings a bit especially.
