Overall great product and great customer service. Comes with resealable packing and a scoop so very convenient. Great product. I've become quite fond of this creatine and it was slightly frustrating when the package came already opened, but the seller has replaced the item without delay.

I'm on the first week on taking creating and I'm going down the loading phase taking between 15g and 20g daily at 5g intervals, I'm doing this over 7 days then after loading period going to 5g daily. It does come with a 5g scoop included and bag is easily sealed.

I'm weight training 3 days per week and already feel the effects, I can lift heavier and push out more reps than before, over time this will benefit me greatly. Also very good value for money. I've been taking for a while now and I'm definitely feeling more physical with this product.

This creatine Monohydrate Powder is very fine so easy to mix with shakes etc .
