These are different but already I’m feeing the benefits of the wider toe-box and zero-drop. Have had lots of Altra shoes since 2010. I normally run in Hokas.
This is my favorite middle and long distance shoe currently. While cushioned still has give allowing some road feel. Feels very well made, nice upper, laces just right, tongue just right, cushion just right. It's so just right that it might be their best yet.
Well done Altra. Altra is finally hitting their stride IMO For shorter faster runs their kayento is perfect.
