Tough Nut

★ Here's a postscript after about six months have passed ★ Recently I've mainly used it to make sandwiches, but now it's full of knife scratches. We wanted something easy to clean so we didn’t have to lug the big wooden cutting board to the sink in the middle of prep.

One side has a routed out grove to reduce the chance of drips and the other side is flat. I think it's pretty easy to get scratched. For me its a medium size cutting board, good for chopping up your average size item. It has a protrusion, and it seems that it acts as an anti-slip.

In the case of my house, I bought it not as the main cutting board, but as a cutting board for the 2nd team that I use once in a while (for cutting fruit, bread, etc. The best thing about it is the anti-slip feet it has on all for corners for both sides. I’ve already used it to cut up some lemons and some juicy chicken breasts.
