And I'm so glad I did. As a mum who is trying to navigate raising two, well adjusted, kind, responsible and understanding men, it was lovely to read about what it means to be a "man" in this day and age and how they can try to navigate it while being the best version of themselves without feeling they have to conform to what society expects of them and to truly be themselves. Full of useful tips - how to look after your mental health, body differences and many others. I wanted to read it before my son so I could be prepared for any questions.

Finished reading this today. I learned so much myself and I think it will open up some interesting conversations between me and my son. Written by Dr Ranj, this book answers questions that a child may want to know.
