Most points wins the game. This game has a learning curve due to a long instructions booklet and unique icons used on cards and player boards that communicate actions. Love this game when we're looking for a longer length, advanced gameplay.

This made the first time playing this game extra lengthy, but after playing a few times it's definitely become easier and much faster.

I have played a couple of times with four people and it takes us about 90 minutes to play. The quality of the game pieces are really nice, but as other have mentioned there are slight variations in the shape of the tree game pieces - which stack on top of each other, making them not stack perfectly. I will say this: I don't know that I would recommend this for people who have never played any modern/designer board games, unless you have someone very familiar with the game that can teach you. - Beautiful artwork.

. The theme is fun and it’s complex enough to really make you think about your own strategy. Each turn you choose from different actions to build resources, place cards, draw more cards or gain victory points.
