Really good quality We used these dyes to colour fondant, the purple pink and green.

Add very small amounts gradually to get the perfect colour, add more for vibrant colours. I used the peach and violet, the peach I did first and used 3 drops the violet I used 2 drops. (I stuck the end of a teaspoon in the pot then wiped it on the butter as was doing butter icing and as you can see the colours came out lovely).

Using this for my daughter birthday. I used them to make my daughters birthday cake and it turned out pretty good!

Really great colours exactly what I wanted. As I’ve never used food colouring before or even baked a birthday cake for that matter I was a little worried - as getting flour has been a task in itself, so if it went wrong I would be stuck without a cake. I wanted nice pastel colours instead of the really vibrant ones and these gel pastel colours are fantastic.

They are so easy to use And only need a tiny amount so I have loads left for any future cake making attempts ☺️ I started with very small amounts. I have attached a photo of a birthday cake we made together. Highly recommended.

The gels were super easy to use. Super concentrated so they will last forever. Bright beautiful colours.

I am in no way a star baker, and only bake with my daughter every so often. It didn’t take a lot to achieve the colours we wanted You only need to use a tiny bit at a time, I used the end of a teaspoon then just kept adding until I reached the shade I wanted. This is my first attempt at baking a birthday cake and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome.
