This is a good size for hiking or biking and I would highly recommend as the quality is great. The mesh keeps the bulk of the backpack away from you back, which allows air to flow really well - essential if you don't want a sweaty back. It comes with a rain cover. Multiple inside and easy access outside zip pockets plus a stretchy bottle holder.

I absolutely love this little backpack by Gregory, they make fantastic backpacks, this is a very good lightweight hiking backpack, it's lightweight, rugged , packed with features and is exceptional quality as you would expect from a Gregory pack. The shoulder straps are comfortable, soft , padded and breathable, there is also a little chest clip for weight distribution and comfort.
