I would say that are of the same quality as any smaller pockets I would get locally, they may take a little over 4 mins to cook like most, left over stir fry also tasted good the next day cold as well. Tip☝️ cook the noodles and then run them under cold water to stop the cooking process and have them sitting ready to go hot or cold into your wok or pan. Having bought the cook book of Chin and Choo (one of which owns a Chinese restaurant) they recommended this product and they weren't wrong.

I emptied a top shelf and put them in ziplock bags and put them in their to keep them fresh. Our fake aways are now just as good as the real thing (you NEED MSG if you want it to taste the same). I was watching a programme on TV and these noodles came up as the most used noddles in Chinese takeaways and i was browsing through amazon and found them and they are the same as a takeaway, use a good quality dark soy sauce and a light soy sauce for best results and you can find them in here. I've been using these for years now, super tasty in stir fry's, takeaway quality at home and a fraction of the price.

No wonder these are popular among most Chinese takeaways, the most authentic and tasty noodles they are well worth the buy, will last weeks and saves allot of money on dinners, absolutely delicious i ordered these with some MSG & its a gamechanger for a real Chinese takeaway cooked at home :) Mine arrived in a plastic liner within the carton.

I always leave them slightly undercooked as I know once I add them to the wok and add my sauces they will finish off cooking. Using the correct ingredients these can make a wholesome meal. And they are very very good.

Perfect noodles as used in Chinese takeaways, you won’t be disappointed Sooo delicious! Great value though you need a big container to store them in or seal up the bag well. I have cooked them every day using different ingredients.
