It has also allowed me to sleep easier knowing that should anything happen in the night, they do hold. Size M was ideal for me, being a 10-12.

No leaking,comfortable and they smell really good. I bought them after giving birth and they worth it. The odour-neutralising core does just that, and the built-in pads absorb urine effectively. However, women are also discovering they are fantastic for heavy periods during the day and for wearing at night without having to worry they'll slip or leak.

I will be sticking with the original design. These Discreet Boutique pants seem identical - the same low-rise design that reveals the tummy button - except for the fact they are (i) more expensive (at the RRP), (ii) about an inch higher at the waistband, and (iii) come in a vivid peach colour with a blurred floral picture across the front that's frumpy and unattractive.

They are thinner than other incontinence pants, but they certainly aren't what they claim or look. === THINGS I LIKE ABOUT THIS PRODUCT ===* Underwear with built-in pads is a far more secure, discreet and comfortable product than stick-on pads and are especially useful for wearing at night when they'll stay in place no matter how much you move around* The built-in pads in these pants really do capture period blood (and urine) and lock it in* The elasticated leg cuffs fit closely to the legs to reduce the worry that leaks could escape that way* The odour-neutralising core is excellent* The styling and fit are comfortable - this is a low-rise design which reveals the belly button* These pants are also available in a large size in "classic" design (which covers the belly button) (see the photo - the large is on the left)=== NIGGLES ===* Unlike the original Always Distreet I'm used to wearing, which have an attractive design that's neither overly fussy nor frumpy, these ones are in an unattractive blurred floral design smeared across the front (see the photo - the original pants are the white ones)* The peach colour reminds me of frumpy Depend pants ( Depend Active Fit Incontinence Pants for Women, Maximum Absorbency - Large, 4 Packs (32 Pants) )* These pants come up about an inch higher on the waistband than the oridinal Always Discreet (see the photo)* At the RRP, these pants are more expensive than original Always Discreet (94p each compared to 62. I'm 24 and have overnight incontinence problems, I don't know why but that's the way it goes, it really can happen to anyone.
