. For me, it's a 5-star book. But the intended readership is young people starting out on their journey of political activism. But this wasn't made clear to me, a jaded older reader, so that I was deep into the book before I started thinking, 'Great.

Given my political views are similar to Alastair Campbell, I enjoyed much of his wry and realistic analysis of the world today. In the first 6 pages Alastair Campbell sums up the current state of British politics and democracy as we know it. Even his new word 'persevilience' was a valuable addition to his arguments.

I agree, but speak to ME. I applaud this, especially as the author is a self-confessed tech dinosaur.
