For us it was a great buy There is already a lining but you can buy others of the same brand.

100% satisfaction! After long research I discover this pillow and this brand. All of this, however, I needed for a 12-month-old baby so the little cushions with the hole in the middle were not my case. .

I was looking for a comfortable pillow that didn't make my baby sweat but that was the size of a spacecraft even though he sleeps in the crib because he still uses the reducer. The pillow is soft, foam, holds shape if crushed and most importantly, does not make my son sweat.
