The author really knew exactly what to say. I loveee this book it’s very eye opening, There’s a lot I’ve leaned from this book that I apply to my daily routines that’s helped me a lot throughout my healing journey. I use this as decor but also enjoy reading it. I found a voice to bottled up emotions and trauma and felt the need to read them out loud over and over again.

If you are hurting and feeling lost then I highly recommend this book to you. I came to this book after reading Najwa’s amazing book “Welcome Home”, and it didn’t disappoint. It was healing. That voice comes through even the words of this book!
