The book arrived in 2 days, in perfect condition, and I read it in 24 hours. This book has taught me how to validate my own feelings and show myself more love and kindness. I didn’t know I needed to hear the words written on these pages until I read them.

Highly recommend this book to anyone who has experienced grief, trauma, heartbreak, stress or anxiety. The best self-help book I have read in 2022. It’s a book that really gets to the heart, and allows many of us to feel that we are seen, even our minds tell us otherwise. My therapist and I work great together on the symptoms of my mental health, but books like this are a way I can help myself outside of those sessions.
This is the most beautifully written book, which captures how so many of us feel. A truly inspiring book, and author. This book found its way to me at the perfect time. If you’re at a low point in your life, struggling to find ways to help yourself, or just need some quotes to help keep you motivated on your healing journey, then this book is perfect for you.
Any emotion you have felt that you don’t know how to process will be addressed somewhere in this book.
