Having purchased my hammock first, I discovered that I needed a stand that was big enough for it. After a week of research, I came across this stand and ordered it. The package is very heavy so be warned it requires a two person lift. We have ours on artificial turf and it has dug a quite considerably deep impression into it.

Very easy assembly but we found it a bit on the heavy side (not as young as we used to be! Nice and sturdy and powder coated so I guess that you could leave it outdoors if you wanted. ) so for us it was a two person job.

Even my sister wants one now. It holds both myself and wife with ease, thoroughly recommend. Product inside was fine as well wrapped in clear polythene. The frame was easy to build with assistance to support the upright arms which hold the hammock.

Easy to put together and holds my hammock well. I have no regrets. Consider putting something under the legs as the 90deg angle of the square tube is what comes in to contact with the ground.

The colour is perfect in a deep slate grey. Arrived with a slightly damaged box. Apart from that, an excellent item.
