One application though stopped his biting habit However, even though I only used it for six weeks, I’ve now stopped biting my nails and instead obsess about having a healthy nail care regime which consists of pushing the cuticles back, painting them and applying nail hardener. I started on the 1dt of August.

** They look amazing, I get complements from friends and family but they are quite weak due to extended Time spent biting for almost 30 years plus lots of gels, acrylic and stick on nails. I no longer try and hide to my fingers when passing someone money, I dont feel ashamed anymore and it feels AMAZING like a weight has lifted. Maybe that's just how they are or maybe the biting played a part?

Everytime I subconsciously put my nail in my mouth I was left with a horrible bitter taste in my mouth for hours. I can now wear nail varnish and I still have no desire to but my nails with Mavala Stop on them ! It wasn't the easiest of journeys, sometimes I had the urge to bite and when I did I just put even more polish on. I did file them down just to make them the same length and shape.

It does not taste good. Please consider hitting the 'helpful' button if so! Spending my whole life with no nails becauze i was constantly destroying them, I was skeptical about what they'd look like when they did grow. This polish definitely sped up the nail growth, in one day I saw results and you can see it in the pictures.

This is the 5th day of not biting my nails or gnawing on my cuticles! Bad thing is when you eat crisps, wraps, even an ice lolly. The shape isn't what I'd call normal? The moment you put your fingers close to your mouth, you will get an extremely bitter taste - a few times it has made me physically gip.

ive only managed to grow them a TINY bit around 10 times. I’m so grateful: you changed my life. UPDATE _ Grown my nails after whole life without them?

I started using this on the 23rd of September 2018 and because of how bitter it tasted, the aversion started immediately. The thing is, the taste stays in your mouth for a really long time. Another benefit is the product makes your nails strong as I have had in the past they kept breaking so I gave up. I been trying my best not to bit my nails, but always failed.
