Definitely as advertised. Easy to install. Water heater transfers heat directly from its heat pump into the water tank through a heat exchanger system of coils. I also really like the look of it.

My 8” acinfinity cloudline s8 hooked up to the hosing with minimal effort and was very easy to install on it. The 8" ducting was easy to attach to a crawlspace dehumidifier in a very tight space. free hot water and a cooler laundry room.
