AMAZING! This book is my bible. 5hr every feeding and was completely exhausted. 5 weeks old I heard about the book and ordered it.

If you ever have any questions email me at iohameetman@gmail. Happy to help a mom out! When ppl say "how you have twins you must be so tired" I always reply with "nope, my girls go down at 5pm and they sleep though the night until 6am!
I followed the book ( easy to read) to the tee and my twins were sleeping 8hrs by 6 weeks, by 8 weeks they were sleeping 12hrs! It goes over in detail how the method applys to Singletons, Twins, triplets. You need consistency, discipline and preferably a partner who supports you (I asked my husband to read certain pages in the book to understand too).
(He had a tong tie we fixed at 4 weeks). He is happy, my energy is back so I can play more/spend more time with him.
It helped me so much. We loved the default modes “sleepwalk through the night” and “coach/support your baby don’t try to fix it for them”.
