The Sony M4’s were a close second for me and I could be happy with them in all honesty. I liked the touch gestures. Noise canceling is more then adequate and I found 30% or less volume to be the most comfortable for listening to all music genres.

Firstly, any new headphones will take a good few hours of listening for your ears to "adjust" to them, so keep that in mind. These have a lot more bass and much louder. I think these are one of the best sounding headphones you can buy for this price. Bit pricey but they're by far the best headphones I've had.

They had an accurate and pretty flat sound signature that I really liked, plus a way better control app with an EQ. But it's been about 2 months now and I've probably listen to them for about 30 mins because i spend my time on many other headphones, in-ears and speakers.

But I do have my go-to test tracks, a see thing ear, and have a few quality pairs in my collection, along with a quality DAC & amp. I used these in some MS Teams meetings with good feedback on my voice quality.
