As far as the complaints about the coffee temperature - If you are adding frothed milk you can extend the frothing time so that your beverage is more than hot enough. This machine makes pretty good coffee - I also own a delonghi bean to cup machine (Ecam 21. The hole is tiny and you may not even spot it if its already blocked - but it is there. The media could not be loaded.

Eventually crustated milk will form at this point and will need to be removed - I used a cheap toothbrush to scrub off the milk and everything worked fine again. **Update - Where the frother tube mates with the main machine is also a troublespot which will prevent the frother working properly. 110) which is fine and so much more customisable but the actual coffee is not quite as good as this.

Just to add my 5 cents to the intermittent frothing problem this machine has - its super important to clean the additional small hole near the top of the detachable frothing spout it can literally get blocked after making one frothed milk. I blow down the top of the main tube with my finger over the bottom of the tube to ensure air is escaping from the small hole near the top of the tube (see photo). !
