once pulled to tighten it comes straight out of the hole! Very happy with this- needed something lightweight and smaller then the one I had as I’ve only got a Ford Focus and need 3 car seats along the back. I’m very happy with the item.

Lovely looking seat. unfortunately the seat strap in the middle comes out when in use so not safe AT ALL, I use it for my grandaughters age 2 and 4.
