Worked great. 5'4" 123lbs. Some call it blousing the pants. Scrunchied the pant ankles and then put it on the rest of the way.

Costume worked out great! For legs, I put hair scrunchies on my legs then put legs in. You may need to cut the lengthy of the sleeves and bottom of pants legs for safety.
