Such a fun and playful take on vegan cooking! I don’t think I’ve ever laughed so much reading recipes before. Beautiful layout and photos completely different style to the usual cook books. My new go to cookbook!

This morning I tried the 'Vegan Fried Egg', making the 'If it ain't yolk' sauce first and then the egg whites. I love that there's a photo for every recipe! I’m already a huge fan of the vegan wizard Richard Makin’s recipes, so I’ve been counting down the days to receive this!

The brownies are next on my list to try! Did I ever think I’d have a tuna Niçoise salad again? It’s brilliant just brilliant. I knew it’d be good because his work is amazing but this really is an astoundingly good cookbook.

Aside from the top tier recipes (which actually work and don't require 10x more garlic than the recipe states) this is such a beautifully put together book and a really funny read! So many cuisines are represented and there are some dishes that I loved pre vegan that I haven’t had since seeing the light.

But we have simply subbed out for supermarket alternatives. The recipes are a knockout which I expected to be honest from Richard as all his recipes are.
