Was searching for low fodmap recipes and this book is awesome! *photo from the book included*) so far, and have the Vietnamese-style veggie noodle bowl and peanut butter brownies next up on my to do list. So glad I did.
I've tried the muesli (which soothed my belly, was easy to prep, and easy to grab on my way out the door in the portioned containers I used! Savory and cheesy and relatively easy to make!
Was a bit nervous because it had only one review, so I looked the author up, liked what I found, and took a risk. LOVE this book! Can't wait to try them all! There's about 15 pages of info at the beginning about the diet, including a list of what to avoid and what to limit, then so many pages of awesome recipes!
