Non official mounts can usually be ok but none of the alternatives match the official version of this mount. It is comfortable and I don't even know that it is on.

My Session is secure to the wrist strap and I don't feel like it's going to separate and fall off. However for the price if you don't need it then don't bother, it is a strange POV to work with and there will usually be better options than a hand/wrist mount but if you do need it definitely get this one.
