The cover had never appeared perfect white it was more of a bridal white. I treated my stains first using a soap bar (Astonish Stain Remover Bar).

4 kg I soaked a white sheet with this product and I could clearly see a big difference in the shade of white but it didn't completely remove the stain. Works well!

To get rid of stubborn stains. You can see from the picture attached on the left is my cleaned cushion cover and the right one about to be washed the results are amazing, its actually whiter than when I bought the sofa cover. It doesn't help get baby food stains out very well, this is the only reason I marked it down one star The instructions say add one scoop for heavy stains and ½ for lesser stains, even though mine probably came under half a scoop I put one in anyway.

What such great value compared to supermarkets Vanish Gold for Whites Powder Fabric Stain Remover - 1. Amazing product. It might just be a very stubborn stain and I didn't soak it long enough.

Love this product after having my sofa cover (from Ikea) almost 6 months decided it was time to clean it. Still a great product. I would definitely recommend you can also use this product to spot clean and pre treat whites and there is an alternative product for colors. Very good product, great at turning t shirt that have gone a little dark or yellow over time back to white.
