They are ever so slightly firm and crunchy but will soften after use. Could have put the two cushions in one box though as two huge boxes were overkill! Bought the 50x50cm for two 45x45cm covers - very plump, no smell, quick delivery, brilliant price.

Like all other feather filled products there is the typical smell but that doesn’t bother me as it fades in time. Love this cushion! Great quality 👌 Definitely recommend and shall return for more of the same when needed.
