You can really taste the mint and junipers; this is a really pleasant and refreshing gin that I will continue to drink until it’s gone. First time we have tasted this Villa Ascenti gin and we were not disappointed , a lovely evening spent sampling this special Italian gin.

, gins to try, I am happy to diversify. Comes in an attractive bottle and is not the cheapest of gins but it is quality, we will be ordering more. On adding my orange juice it smells like a really inviting drink and on tasting it, confirms it. I can smell the juniper overall but i do get definite hints of thyme.

The stopper is made of that plastic type cork and is nice and tight fitting. This bottle will last a long time, as I only imbibe occasionally but I will enjoy every glass of this artisan gin. A slice of lemon, a couple of grapes, a generous measure of gin, ice and splash of tonic and enjoy.
This is a full size bottle of Italian Gin, it has a nice long slow taste, I would say it is a dry gin with a sweet zesty flavour but isn’t too strong. For its strength (41%) it has a very subtle kick at the end but is not over powering. On opening, the aroma of the gin is really lovely.
