She has an ever increasing collection of insects and wanted to take macro shots of them. Well designed, functional macro lens. The media could not be loaded. The next hurdle is to be able to move either the subject matter or phone very small amounts in order to get and maintain the best focus.

Not all phones have that feature though, so in that case you're just gonna need to practice, and have a bit of luck. 5x lens, don’t use the iPhone camera app. This lens allows you to be about 50mm away from the object.

Overall I’m happy with the product and it will be very helpful. 5x and it could still be using the 1x lens which isn’t nearly as good quality as the 2. I'm very happy with this lens, and I'll be looking at some of their other HD lenses with interest. I'm fortunate enough to have a 3D printer.

This is the third macro lens I have purchased for my iPhone XR and by far the best. The longer focal length cannot be under estimated when taking close ups.

Picture quality is fantastic. 5x lens even in low light! Love it. I was not sure to buy this new one because the magnification it’s around 10 but the quality of the image is great and much more sharpness.
