In my case 20cm of palm fits fairly well to the mouse, the problem comes in that if you support the hand completely (in my case the grip is palm grip) the thumb hardly reaches the far side button making it difficult to press it when playing. Response timing is out of the box. I've been through many models from more expensive to something cheaper and until you find the exact model that suits your hand, weigh little.
