I was lucky enough as #ScribnerAmbassador to be sent Heatwave by Victor Jestin, a multi-award winning French author. We've been loving the beach in this beautiful weather. Are we all loving the heat? so much so that this pic doesn't even need a filter!
I loved it and I totally recommend it! This short but snappy thriller is also Waterstones Fiction Book of the Month for August 22!
A kind of fascination with attitudes you don't understand. I have to say I didn't find any of the characters relatable or likeable but I actually think that's why I was so hooked. .
What an apt book to post ay? Or are we now thinking. I've posted the blurb for this brilliant book that I read in one sitting!
