I have never been in scientology but I know all about the evils thanks to you and Leah. Mike Rinder is always an engaging presence as he clearly knows what he is talking about, so I was excited to read this book. The fact they retain tax exemption is shocking, but even more so is the thought of people still stuck in Scientology today, unable to leave either through detainment or fear, most likely both. Great read.

I’ve been interested in Scientology and it’s misdeeds since seeing / reading Going Clear, along with the Scientology and the Aftermath series. It is a brilliant book that details the horrors of Scientology - the lies, evasions and frankly criminal conduct that they will employ to silence critics and prevent people leaving. Thank you Mike for this book. From one who was in for decades, has left scientology in the last few years, and has been disconnected from by family and friends.
