I LOVED (devoured. I was really excited to read this book, and I wasn't disappointed: it's a funny, interesting read, sad in parts, very relatable and seriously entertaining. Made me feel 'normal' and is the only thing ive ever read about anxiety that wasn't depressing and too serious to enjoy. Not written with the usual heaviness associated with having anxiety* (*only my personal opinion), #BornToBeMild is witty, hilarious, and familiar for those living with anxy.

A great delivery in comforting/familiar voice. Why should I apologise for being addicted? Highly recommend. It feels like I was joining in his adventure with him and that was very much fun.

Read it, you won’t regret it! It's like a big hug from a best friend, especially during this difficult times, Mr Rob makes me feel I'm not alone, understood, and occasionally laugh out loud before I say "excuse me" in an empty room. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
