The ornament is ceramic but it comes well protected in bubble wrap and a little box so storing with the rest of your ornament collection is simple and you don't have to worry about it possibly breaking while in storage during the year. It's very cute, chic, simple, and elegant with an identical double-sided print. The printing is the same on both sides. The ceramic is about 3 mm thick.

It comes with a small, gold string tied onto it already but they also include a thicker, chiffon style string if you prefer that look. My picture is not the best, but the print is clear, vivid, and pretty. The presentation was not very nice for gift giving and I would think that it could be easily broken in shipping.

It came with the gold string hoop and also a piece of yellow ribbon you can hang it with. The colors are bright and pretty.

My brother got married this past October and this seemed like a cute little surprise gift for their first married Christmas. This will be a perfect little gift to them for Christmas. The only thing I was disappointed in was the packaging. I also like that there are to options for the string.
