I've got small dogs (maltese x shih tzu) and probably should have bought the small size rather than the medium for them (I've ordered a couple of the small ones now). Doing that, however keeps him busy for a little while, and there are no signs of wear, even with the rough scratching, biting, and tugging it takes to get all of them out.
