I bought this book ladt year. I like this book. It had been put on my shelf until yesterday. I can not blam this issue on the people who wrote this book because it is a shipping issue.

I really should read this book earlier. I’ll start to follow the basic and spirit of QBQ from now!

All these years I was complaining the bad ordering systems, blaming other, and procrastinating my work. I take responsibility for this. No more procrastination!

But it's a book and still be read! Was introduced to it half way though a book club so I wanted to buy it to read it from the beginning. Highly recommended!
