The item is good, tried it and it is super efficient. But I think that maybe I get already used iron, because i get it without travel bag, as you can see at the picture, I only get the fabric brush and thats all. But, there was supposed to be a travel pouch inside the box and it was missing, this is sad because it could protect the item when travelling!

Never the less, product is okay for the money, I will test it more for sure and let you know, but Im really sad if this product was already used and it comes without travel bag. For the first impression, it was okay, first turning on the iron had a strong smell of plastic, but at the end it was okay, on the picture you can see how it irons. Not perfect clothes after using, but I really love it. !

As long as it is mentioned in the usage guide, it was supposed to be included! 😮‍💨 So I order it because Im working in the hotel and I need a steam iron for the shirts.
