I have found this nasal spray to give good relief for up to 4 hours - and is much quicker acting than tablets. I had a holiday booked and am so glad I bought it, I really needed it and use it 2 or 3 times a day. No complaints from me 🙂 I was so impressed with the effectiveness, it’s really quick.

I suffer badly from hay fever - and this year particularly so. v.

I managed ok with a Hay Band which is a natural pressure point approach, but this year even that didn’t help. My eyes and nose stop running after 2-3 mins. Just what I needed.
