About this deal
Osborne's Carlos I Amontillado has been aged in hand-selected casks from the La Honda Amontillado Solera to create this unique flavour. You can expect hints of dried fruit, notes of various nuts and a silky finish. There's always room for a dessert cocktail, right? This hand-crafted, limited production brandy is aged in very old sherry casks, meaning the depth and length of flavour are rich with nuances of hazelnuts and dried figs. This is an indulgent classic that is one of our favourites here at The Bottle Club. A liquid of unparalleled craftsmanship offering an indulgent flavourful experience through the harmonious pairing of complex saline and mineral notes, interwoven with nutty impressions, revealing a silky and elegant finish.

I think it's a good brandy made to be enjoyed on its own. ! This makes a subtle yet amazing change to the taste and drinkability. I used a trick that a barman showed me in pouring hot water into a brandy glass for a few minutes to warm it up and then pouring in the brandy.

It depends a little on the preferences of each one, but all three are exquisite, although some are harder on the palate than others. Fantastic presentation and dispatch time. Other than that very pleased bottle looks lovely.

I gave this bottle of Charles I to a great lover of the Grand Duke of Alba so that he could change and have new options. I am not a brandy drinker myself and bought it as a gift, but it looks great.
