You must try the sticky mango paneer skewers. The media could not be loaded.

Just ordered this and I’m very excited to try out these recipes! Nice to see a variety of recipes from a different region in India Highly recommended for an addition to all cookbook collections. Didn't want to give such a bad review that it would effect the authors hard work because the recipes look amazing!

Lovely cookery book. We have made four of the meals already and they are delicious and easy to make. Just made home made chapattis and Coal smoked Aubergine curry. Not something I've ever done or seen but straight the way took me back to being in India.
