The media could not be loaded. My son lost the screws so it is taped up but that seems to be holding. The rubber flap doesn’t keep her from using it. Despite its low cost and plastic construction, it is quite sturdy.

My cat is about a lean 12 pounds and gets in and out with no problem. Don’t install it too close to the ground, or it will look weird and be uncomfortable for the cat to climb through. The magnet holding the door closed was more of a point of confusion than the small flap. This size was perfect for her, she’s about 15 lbs.

This has been an awesome tool and it has held up well from constant (multiple times per day! Also this is a good size for a large kitty (ours is 18 pounds) or small dog. No problems with stuck paws or bellies. .

The frame of the cat door is white and stands out a little, but I feel like it fits well with the decor and does what it's supposed to. I was hesitant to buy this, my cat is about 10 years old and very overweight. We did have to tape the flap open for a few days to teach the kitties how to use the new door.
