I've also used their products in humidifiers in the past. Seeing this product that combines Vicks, as well as Hot showers, had my mind going at the possibilities and maybe it might help after I step out of the shower to breathe for a bit.

Perfect for the cold weather and winter colds! It honestly reminds me of being in a mix of a Sauna as well as a Steam room. The only hassle is the bag that needs to be cut with scissors.

I would personally only use this when my bathroom can be ventilated and my cats are not exposed to inhaling it. I love the smell and it really helps open my nasal pores to breathe deeper. The 10% additional strength of the soothing vapors are really pleasant compared to the regular. I put it in the base of my hot shower and by the end of my shower it had completely dissolved.

I made sure to kick it to the side not directly in the path of the water to help it last longer. I hate getting sick, especially the part where you can’t breathe without taking in a ton of phlegm. When I was offered these VapoShower Plus tablets I welcomed the trial run. One of the products I lather all over myself (nose, chest, feet at night) is Vick vapor rub.

It will all depend too on of course length of shower, even how concentrated your shower stream is. We tried everything we had at the time, including mint bath bombs and menthol shower disks etc, but nothing.

Normally I would be unable to smell if I am sick, but I do enjoy the smell of this product. While these do provide some of that nice mentholated relief, it is definitely not as permeating as I thought it would be. So funny that Vicks makes these vaposhower tablets, because that’s exactly what my husband was looking for.
