The little booklet you get with the watch is helpful, and everything I’ve tried so far as been successful. I’ve olnly had the watch for a day, but so far am very impressed. The model is unisex - I chose blue as the most feminine colour.
As a pensioner, I don’t expect to use all the sports activities, but it is so useful to see a daily record of your sleep pattern, heart rate and steps taken, and of course the time is always correct having been synced to the internet, It was very simple to bind with my iPhone and to usethe software, which of course is also available for Android phones. I am pleased with the strap, easy fastening and so light you don’t know you’re wearing it - so many models are difficult to put on and wear.
